1. What is Watch360?
Watch360 is a service that monitors that web sites of companies you specify. It sends you an alert email each morning with any updates it finds.
2. Why do I need Watch360? Can't I get these using Google Alerts?
Google Alerts and other news alert services monitor the media for news articles that contain
key words you specify. They do not check company web sites for updates and changes. Watch360 monitors this vital
information for you.
3. What can I learn about a company from it's web site?
A company's web site is a treasure trove of information about its products, customers, marketing plans, positioning, pricing, and team. By monitorin the information posted on this, you can see how they are marketing themselves; what white papers they are creating; which trade shows they are attending; who they are hiring and firing; and a whole lot more. 4. How frequently will I receive alerts?
You will recieve one consolidated email each day with all the updates Watch360 finds. If you wish, you can get
your alert email once a week.
5. What pages does Watch360 monitor on a web site?
We setup Watch360 to track these web pages for each company: Home Page, Press Releases, Media Coverage,
Events, Seminars, Trade Shows, Financial Updates, White Papers, Publications, and Management Changes.
6. Can I track other pages on a company's site?
Yes, you can monitor any page you want. Watch360 even includes a plugin for Internet Explorer that lets you do this with the click on a mouse. Note that Watch360 only checks for text changes so it will not detect changes on pages developed using Flash or images.
7. How do I add or delete companies?
Login to your account at Watch360's Home Page. Then click on Add Company and enter the name of the company you want to monitor. You can also send us the names of the companies and we'll add these for you.
8. I'm not seeing the results I want. How do I get more relevant results?
Click on the 'Make My Alerts More Relevant' link at the top of your alert email and enter your comments. We'll adjust your account setup to make the needed changes for you.
9. Does Watch360 find any confidential information?
No. All the information Watch360 compiles for you is in the public domain, though some of it may be hidden or buried. Watch360 is just exceptionally disciplined, efficient and effective at finding, filtering, and compiling all this.
10. What is the maximum number of companies I can monitor?
You can monitor up to 30 companies. These can include industry associations, governmental sites etc.
11. Can I receive Watch360's Alerts in plain text rather than HTML?
Yes. Login and click on Preferences. Then select Plain Text as your delivery option.
12. Can I decide when my alerts should be delivered each day?
Yes, when you subscribe. Login and click on Preferences. Then select the time interval when alsrts should be delivered.
13. Can I forward the alerts I receive to my colleagues?
Yes. Click on Forward alert under any alert and enter the email addresses of the persons who should receive this.
14. How do I sign up? Can I try it free?

15. What are your cancellation policies?
You can cancel at any time without any penalties. To cancel, all you need to send an email to support@watch360.com.
